Creativity Scholars Build Youth into the Architecture on Greenwich Peninsular

Architects, developers and teachers were bowled over be the quality of the work presented by students at the exhibition of their architectural work on the Greenwich Peninsular.

Meridian Delta the consortia leading “one of the largest development project in Europe today” presented the brief to our Creativity Scholars.  They challenged the Scholars to ‘build youth into the architectural plans for the Peninsular.  Students went on research trips to Tate Modern, Southbank skateboard area, the City and Canary Wharf.  The body of work presented by each of the four teams was phenomenal both in quality and quantity, with exhibitions, models and sophisticated Power Point and interactive presentations.

“This stands up to the work of any of our graduate placements.  The work is of the highest standard and I am truly amazed at the professionality for these young students.  Well done.”

Laurence Robertson, Architect, Bovis Lease Lend

Scholars worked with artist Janette Bushell and the project was managed in cooperation with Independent Photography.
